Still catching up on blogging, been busy fostering a dog I found wandering at big creek Sunday. Big beautiful dog, well behaved just way too big for me. Great exercise taking her for a walk, trying not to let her pull and drag me everywhere is great for the heart rate. Still have to blog the rest of the week. Have to blog everyday this week I think. One more week of this heart monitor which I'd good because its no fun when its 90 degreed. Need to get back on track(again). I guess I have some catching up to do, blogging , diet and exercise. Someone had posted on Facebook that since she had dropped below the 5% they told her she was out of the contest.
