Week 1 (for me)
Finally got weighed in last week and had my assessment done (scary numbers). working on eating healthier, day 5 without pop. Goal for the week is to get moving and exercise. Good luck everyone! |
Rob Gillispie of Chardon is back for a second year of Lighten Up. Gillispie says his goal in his weight-loss journey is to be able to walk the stairs at Penitentiary Glen with his mother.
