Rob Gillispie of Chardon is back for a second year of Lighten Up. Gillispie says his goal in his weight-loss journey is to be able to walk the stairs at Penitentiary Glen with his mother.

Another week, kind of do not want to weigh myself right now. Two weeks til weigh in, I really need to do what I signed up to do. A lot of distractions so far and I shouldn't put losing weight on the back burner but I think I have. Good luck to everyone this week, see you in two weeks |
