Rob Gillispie of Chardon is back for a second year of Lighten Up. Gillispie says his goal in his weight-loss journey is to be able to walk the stairs at Penitentiary Glen with his mother.

| Pretty uneventful week for me, not much changed. hopefully weather will start to get nicer and i can look for a bike or hit a trail in the metroparks. hoping to get to the point where I can walk the stairs at penitentiary glen with my mom one day(it's on her wishlist) good luck everyone |
