Rob Gillispie of Chardon is back for a second year of Lighten Up. Gillispie says his goal in his weight-loss journey is to be able to walk the stairs at Penitentiary Glen with his mother.

Have to blog everyday this week I think. One more week of this heart monitor which I'd good because its no fun when its 90 degreed. Need to get back on track(again). Had some watermelon today and it was great, I might have to buy one, great summer food. Found a stray dog yesterday, very big. Hopefully someone will claim her. |
