Rob Gillispie of Chardon is back for a second year of Lighten Up. Gillispie says his goal in his weight-loss journey is to be able to walk the stairs at Penitentiary Glen with his mother.

I will probably blog a couple times this week if things don't get crazy again. I think I am going to stay taking advantage of the YMCA and Aladdin's soon, I need some extra motivation, seem to be thinking if I sneak food and no one sees me eat it, its OK. Bad thinking on my part. I get to wear my heart monitor in June so that should be interesting. |
