Rob Gillispie of Chardon is back for a second year of Lighten Up. Gillispie says his goal in his weight-loss journey is to be able to walk the stairs at Penitentiary Glen with his mother.

Well I have a lot of work ahead of me if I want to continue. After losing some the first month I gained some back. No real excuse, I could have done a lot more. I did hear some good numbers Saturday, congratulations to those who lost weight. |
