Memorial day

Hmm, a great day for a BBQ, hope I don't get invited to one, kind of a weakness for me. Weigh in less than a week away, not feeling great about it. Have some work to do, two months and some nice weather ahead, I'm ready

Y

I think over the weekend I will be able to finally sign up for the y. Even though it is kind of a drive for me,but its better than sitting on the couch. I also was given the T25 videos to try, wish me luck with those

Still behind

I will probably blog a couple times this week if things don't get crazy again. I think I am going to stay taking advantage of the YMCA and Aladdin's soon, I need some extra motivation, seem to be thinking if I sneak food and no one sees me eat it, its OK. Bad thinking on my part. I get to wear my heart monitor in June so that should be interesting.

Catch up

I have put on a couple pounds since being out of the hospital, kind of nervous to exercise after the heart situation. I get my monitor I have to wear for 30 days at the beginning of June, I am just hoping nothing is wrong. I'm sure walking wouldn't hurt so I think I will try that.

5/4

Oops, forgot to blog last week, I had a lot going on. I was in the hospital Thursday to Friday because I almost passed out at work, apparently my heart rate was very low, unless I were a marathon runner, which is hardly the case. They did not figure much out only that I will need more testing. So I will blog again this week to make up for last week, so glad to have made it to the second half!
