weigh in week
Could someone please move this wall in front of me? I have been stuck for almost a week now. I bought an exercise video to try but I am afraid to see how uncoordinated I really am. Good luck to everyone and I look forward to seeing you saturday.

Thank you Cabanas for the wonderful dinner last night. finally made a small weight improvement this week. It's even the smallest advances that keep me going after struggling with my weight so long. my short term goal is to be 239 by march 22, the day I turn 39 and because I have not seen a 3 as a second digit in my weight in 10 years. good luck every one, have a good week. I have found if I re use a tray from a lean cuisine, other diet meal it really helps control my portion size.

Finally got logged into Vitabot, was kind of surprised at how few calories i eat, but it feels weird trying to eat more to lose more. Found a used treadmill last night so I am ready to go rain or shine. goal for the week: try some new foods and recipes and get moving Good luck everyone, might try cabanas tuesday

Week 1 (for me)
Finally got weighed in last week and had my assessment done (scary numbers). working on eating healthier, day 5 without pop. Goal for the week is to get moving and exercise. Good luck everyone!
