Weigh in

Well I have a lot of work ahead of me if I want to continue. After losing some the first month I gained some back. No real excuse, I could have done a lot more. I did hear some good numbers Saturday, congratulations to those who lost weight.

Weigh in week

Not ready for Saturday, but I have some time left before the cut off date, need to keep up with vitabot, its hard to remember everything. Turned 40 Saturday, I i am old now, should get a 10 lb bonus at weigh in, lol. I was thinking last night, i wonder if i could I lose 40 lbs while I am 40 years old. That's less than a pound a week, but so far even that has been a challenge. Right now I need to focus on 5% by next weigh in and go from there. Good luck everyone, see you Saturday

3/16

Another week, kind of do not want to weigh myself right now. Two weeks til weigh in, I really need to do what I signed up to do. A lot of distractions so far and I shouldn't put losing weight on the back burner but I think I have. Good luck to everyone this week, see you in two weeks

3/9/14

Got put back on a medicine that may have contributed to my major weight gain 11 years ago, hopefully it wasn't the reason. Need to catch up on vitabot, really don't like it too much. Hope it warms up soon, supposed to be a mixed weather week. I will be turning 40 here pretty soon, but age is just a number, so is weight, JUST JOKING have a great week if anyone reads this.

3/2

Another mediocre week for me, really need to do something soon or I won't make it to the second half. My goal this week is to drink only water, no more monster energy drink, I think they are addictive. Once I get used to water it's not that bad, but it has to be really cold. By the looks of things in the paper, everyone seems to be doing really well.
